Good Vibes Only

June has arrived. When a new month comes, it means a new start, a new mindset, a new idea, a new project, a new feeling. I love the beginning of a new month because it’s a new chapter. It’s the next chapter. Whatever happened yesterday was yesterday. The first day of the month reminds us that the page will turn and whatever it is that we are manifesting is getting a little bit closer. I’m excited about June because it’s Black Music month, it’s Gay Pride month and even though Indianapolis has been having 90 degree weather for the past couple of weeks, summer officially begins! Not to mention, we have reached the halfway mark of 2018. How do you feel about the year so far? The plans you made in January, are they still a part of your vision? Are you still reaching for those goals? I can’t say that I believe in new year resolutions. When I was younger, maybe but now as an adult, I just think that every day gives me the opportunity to do better. New Year resolutions come with pressure too. I have enough; I don’t need any extra pressure lol!

For some reason, I’m feeling very connected with this month. I don’t know if it’s because we had a full moon just beforehand. I’m not sure it’s because it means summer is here. I don’t know but I’m envisioning a lot of great things coming our way, my people. Something wonderful is coming. I can feel it in my bones and in my gut. This also feels like a journal entry as opposed to a blog post. You need moments like these sometimes. To release thoughts and emotions that are within and letting go. Hopefully the good vibes I’m sensing, you are too. Until next time.
